e2Value has the only patented web-based valuation system for our Methods and for Estimating Building Reconstruction Costs in the insurance industry. Further, the company's patented product lines are enhanced by easily updated and integrated electronic forms, digital imaging and workflow automation.
In 2008 e2Value was named a Microsoft Insurance Value Chain Partner. As a Microsoft IVC Partner, e2Value’s products are recognized and adopted as value-added services that are based on Microsoft technology. e2Value’s standardized, easy-to-use technologies reduce the complexity caused by siloed processes and technologies. This makes it easier and less costly to integrate with other partner applications and with a carrier’s current and future technologies.
The company, founded in 2000, just celebrated its 10th Anniversary. While young compared to other companies in this industry, in those 10 years e2Value has moved to the valuation industry’s second spot with the second highest number of users.
Part of the founding philosophy is that valuation tools needs to be easy to understand and to use, the values must make sense, the process needs to be easy to explain and most importantly, the values must be accurate.

Who is e2Value?
e2Value® was founded in 2000 by Todd Rissel and George Moore, insurance industry executives with many years of experience and success.
Their extensive appraiser experience in low, mid- and high-value homes and high-value commercial buildings and their experience as valuation tool customers helped them understand what it takes for the tools to be the best.
